Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel.
Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
3. Shape the Bread
Gently punch down the dough to release air bubbles.
Transfer to a floured surface and shape into a loaf or desired shape.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Second Proofing
Cover the shaped dough with a kitchen towel.
Let it proof for another 30 minutes.
5. Bake the Bread
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Make a few shallow cuts on the surface of the dough with a sharp knife.
Brush the top with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Cool and Serve
Remove bread from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
