This is how I prepare my jam with 2 oranges and 1 carrot Without sugar!

Wash the oranges and carrots well.
Peel the oranges and carrots.
Cut the oranges into small pieces, removing the seeds.
Grate carrot into thin strips or cut into small pieces.
Peel and cut apple into small pieces (optional).
Place orange pieces, grated carrot, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Add apple, if using.
Add 1/2 cup water to saucepan.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional).
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes.
Use an immersion blender or food processor to puree mixture.
Cook over low heat for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour hot jam into sterilized jars.
Close jars immediately to create a vacuum seal.
Tips
Store jam in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate jam and consume within 2-3 weeks.
Adding spices:
In addition to cinnamon, you can experiment by adding other spices such as ginger or nutmeg to give your jam a unique flavor.
Substitute fruits:
If you prefer, you can replace the oranges with tangerines or grapefruit, and the carrot with pumpkin, to create different versions of sugar-free jam.
Breakfast and snacks:
Enjoy your homemade jam on toast, pancakes, yogurt or even as a topping for cakes and cookies.
