Strawberry Jam, the best recipe I've ever made

First clean the strawberries and remove the green parts. Then it's time to get started! Put it in the pot (the jam cooks quickly). Squeeze the lemon and add the juice and preservative sugar to the pan. Now simply chop everything up with the hand blender (if you like, you can leave the fruit whole or partially unchopped).
So prepare a few jars and a ladle. Bring the mixture slowly to the boil while stirring constantly. Let it cook for at least 3 minutes while stirring constantly. Now fill the jars with the jam as quickly as possible, screw on the lids and immediately turn them upside down!
The number of portions depends on the size of the jars. The preparation time is also difficult to estimate, as it depends heavily on the quality/cleanliness of the strawberries. So take your time. Jam takes time and love.
Enjoy your meal
