Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

STEP ONE:
In a zip-top bag, pour the barbecue sauce.
Add the brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper if desired.

STEP TWO:
Seal the bag and, using your hands, knead the bag and mix the sauce ingredients well.
Open the bag and place the ribs inside

STEP THREE:
Seal the bag and shake it to completely coat the ribs.
Spray the inside of the slow cooker

STEP FOUR:
Open the bag and place the ribs in the slow cooker.
Pour ¾ of the sauce from the bag into the slow cooker, making sure to cover the ribs with the sauce.

STEP FIVE:
Cook on high for 4-5 hours for meat that falls off the bone easily, on low for 9 hours for meat that falls off the bone easily.
If you prefer very tender meat, but still on the bone, cook on low for 7 hours for meat that falls off the bone easily.

STEP SIX:
Place some sauce on the table, then everyone can decide if they want more or less.
