Sicilian Cannelloni…. A treat

Step: 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C or th. 6.

Peel and finely slice the onions.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over high heat.

When the olive oil is hot, place the sliced ​​onions in the saucepan and cook for 3 minutes or until translucent.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for about 25 minutes or until the grated Gruyère cheese on the surface is golden brown.
