Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon

Cook the potatoes: Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling water or in the oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour.
Prepare the filling: Once cooked, cut the tops off the potatoes and carefully hollow them out, leaving a little flesh on the edges.
Mix the stuffing: In a bowl, mix the flesh of the potatoes with the crème fraîche, half of the cheddar, salt and pepper.
Assembler: Fill the potatoes with this mixture. Sprinkle with previously grilled bacon and add the rest of the cheddar on top.
Final cooking: Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden. Garnish with parsley.
