Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Then add 2 tablespoons of flour.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Now add the oil, the rest of the flour, salt and more water.
Knead, cover and let rise for 40 minutes.
Cut the dough into small pieces of about 75 g each, then flatten it.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 200° for 10 minutes.
