PISTACHIO NOUGAT The recipe that all gourmets will love:

Ingredients
200g pistachios (preferably shelled and roasted)
150g honey
150g sugar
100g egg whites (about 3 egg whites)
30g water
50g icing sugar (for sprinkling)
1 vanilla pod (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: If the pistachios are not already roasted, roast them in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Let them cool and then roughly chop them.
