Add the biscuits to the food processor and mix. Transfer to the bowl and add the caster sugar and cocoa powder. Beat in the dry ingredients.
Add the butter (melted) and milk and mix together with a spatula. When the mixture starts to come together, knead with your hands until you have a compact mixture.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and wrap in baking paper. Transfer to the fridge for 3 hours.
Once the time is up, unwrap and cut into slices.
Melt the chocolate and dip it on each biscuit. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve.
