LASAGNA BOLOGNESE

1. For the Bolognese, heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion and meat until golden. Add the carrot and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Knorr Tomato Cream, 1 tablespoon of Knorr Swiss Chicken Stock, basil and oregano. Cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked through.
2. For the sauce, heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion and Arbol pepper until golden.
3. Pour in the water and immediately the remaining Knorr® Tomato Cream, stir until the lumps are broken up and bring to the boil. Stir constantly and add the basil leaves. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
4. Place a little sauce on the bottom of a refractory dish, place a layer of lasagne, a layer of minced meat and a little tomato sauce. Repeat the procedure until you have finished with the ingredients.
5. Finish with a layer of lasagne, cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
