EGGPLANTS STUFFED WITH MEAT

1.Add the sticks to the front and back of the eggplant and cut the eggplant into circles. Cut all the other circles.
2.Add the eggplant pieces to the bowl, season with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
3.In a bowl, add the meat, green onion, salt, pepper and mix everything together.
4.In another bowl, add the eggs, salt, pepper, yogurt, cheese, flour and mix everything well.
5.Add the meat mixture inside the eggplant circle and dip it first in the flour and then in the egg mixture.
6.Fry in deep oil on both sides until golden brown.
