How to prepare the creamy morello cherry and chocolate dessert without cooking?
First, make sure that the condensed milk, cream and mascarpone are cold.
Take them out of the refrigerator just before starting the recipe.
Pour the liquid crème fraîche into a bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer at high speed until firm.
In another bowl, soften the mascarpone with the condensed milk using a mixer or a silicone spatula.
Mix the two creams with movements from bottom to top, always using the silicone spatula.
Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap.
Pour half of the cream into the mold.
Cut and add the morello cherries with the syrup in the center.
Cover with the remaining ice cream and level.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, chop the milk chocolate and put it in a bowl.
Melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Chop the hazelnuts and almonds.
Remove the cake from the freezer and remove it from the mold.
Transfer to a rectangular plate.
Pour the melted milk chocolate over the dessert.
Spread the chopped nuts over the chocolate.
Place everything in the freezer and take it out at least 15 minutes before serving.
The creamy no-bake morello cherry and chocolate dessert is ready to be enjoyed.
