Preheating the oven:
Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Preparing the meat mixture:
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Forming the stuffed meatloaves:
Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions. Take each portion and flatten it slightly in your hand.
Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each meat portion. Close the meat around the cheese to form a small ball, making sure to seal the cheese inside.
Preparing the sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. This sweet and salty sauce will add a nice flavor to your meatloaves.
Cooking:
Arrange the stuffed meatballs on a lightly oiled or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spoon a dollop of the ketchup sauce over each meatball to coat.
Baking:
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and golden brown. The cheese inside should be melted and gooey.
Serving:
Serve hot, with an extra dollop of ketchup sauce if desired, and serve with grilled vegetables or potatoes for a complete meal
