Cheese bombs recipe

250g fresh cheese
1 egg
50g of flour
50g of grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh herbs

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a soft dough.
Form the balls: With the dough, form balls of the desired size.
Bake: Place the balls on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Serving: Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold.

Cheese: You can use different types of cheese to vary the flavor, such as brie, Roquefort or blue cheese.
Fillings: The variety of fillings is endless. Try your favorite flavors! Some examples are: tomato jam, pesto, black olives, caramelized nuts, dried fruits, etc.
Toppings: Once baked, you can dip the bombs in melted chocolate, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with fresh herbs.
