Ingredients: 1 kg of calamari 1 cup of sodium bicarbonate Mineral water with the juice of half a lemon or two glasses of soda Flour 300 g of water 300 g of white vinegar Peanut oil for refrigerator Preparation: 1. After washing them well, cut the calamari into slices and put them in a bowl.
2. Add sodium bicarbonate and water/soda.
3. Leave them to soak for 15/30 minutes.
