About 250-300g zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini), grated
2 large eggs
300ml milk (about 1 1/4 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar or powdered sweetener
250g flour (about 2 cups)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
Olive oil for frying
Garlic Yogurt Sauce
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
