Zucchini Egg Baskets; The original idea is to try it now

Method:
1. Grate the zucchini and straighten them well.
2. Put them in a bowl and add the spring onions, breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika and eggs.
3. Form the baskets on the baking sheet and cook 180 eggs for 20-25 minutes.
4. Then fill with mozzarella and eggs.
5. Cook for another six minutes.
