Yogurt and lemon cake

Ingredients :

1 sachet of baking powder
3 pots of flour
1 pot of sugar (adjust according to your preference)
100 g of melted butter (or 1 pot of oil)
3 eggs
1 plain yogurt (use the yogurt pot as a measure)
Grated zest and juice of a fresh untreated lemon
Preparation:
Preheat your oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) to prepare it for baking the cake.
Prepare the cake batter:
In a bowl, break the eggs and mix them with the sugar, melted butter (or oil) and plain yogurt. Mix until you get a smooth texture.
