3/4 cup of finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
Four 12-inch green tortillas
Cherry tomatoes for garnish and salsa for dipping
Instructions:
Mix: Blend softened cream cheese with a pack of ranch seasoning in a large bowl until smooth.
Combine: Add pimentos and green chilies, chopped green onions, bell pepper, and grated sharp cheddar cheese. Stir gently.
Spread & Roll: Evenly distribute the mixture onto four 12-inch green tortillas, leaving a border. Roll up each tortilla.
Chill: Place rolled tortillas on a dish, cover with plastic, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice & Assemble: Cut chilled tortillas into slices. Arrange in a “tree” shape, garnish with cherry tomatoes and a star. You can make the star from cheese or yellow bell pepper.
