Greetings, fellow foodies! One of my all-time favorite salads is Southern Potato Salad, and I am so excited to share this dish with you today. I can confidently say that this potato salad is a hit because I love potatoes and am always looking for new twists on my old favorites. If you try it, I guarantee you won’t be able to resist eating it forever. Now that we have the ingredients, let’s get to work on the recipe and see what happens!

Ingredients needed:
5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 large eggs, cooked and diced
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Use 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles (sweet pickles have the perfect sweetness to tartness ratio, but feel free to substitute dill if you like!)
1/8 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon celery flakes
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Add salt and pepper seasonings as recommended.
