Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets or thighs (depending on preference)
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
500 ml chicken stock (or water with chicken stock cubes)
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package dumpling dough (approx. 400g)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika (optional for some color and flavor)
Method:
Prepare the chicken:
Place the chicken breast fillets or thighs in the slow cooker.
Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic.
