1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut, divided
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Red and green sprinkles (for decoration, optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and drained crushed pineapple. Stir well to blend.
