First, in a blender, combine the boiling water and the passion fruit-flavored gelatin. Blend for about one minute until the mixture is smooth.

Next, add the two cans of heavy cream, the passion fruit concentrate, and the powdered milk. Blend again until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

After that, prepare the ganache. Melt 7 oz (200 g) of semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning.

Then, mix one can of heavy cream into the melted chocolate, stirring until the ganache is velvety and smooth.

Afterward, choose a glass dish and spread a thin layer of ganache along the sides for a decorative finish.

Pour the passion fruit mixture into the center of the dish and smooth the surface using a spatula or spoon.

Using a spoon, gently swirl the surface to create a decorative effect.

Finally, top with more ganache, repeating the swirling motion for a polished look.

Finish by refrigerating the dessert for about 6 hours to achieve the desired consistency.

Once chilled, serve the dessert and enjoy this delightful culinary creation!
