Pan-fried pillow bread to prepare in 10 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter and water to the dry mixture. Mix until smooth.
Knead the dough for a few seconds, divide it into three equal parts and form into balls. Cover them and set aside.
Grate the cheese and set aside to assemble the bread.
Assembly and cooking instructions:

Brush the dough with melted butter and spread the grated cheese on top.
Fold the dough in half, covering the cheese and press the edges to seal. (SEE PHOTO AT THE END OF THE RECIPE)
Repeat with the remaining dough.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to grease.
Arrange the cheese rolls in the pan, one at a time depending on the size of the pan, and let them brown for a few minutes on each side.
During cooking, the cheese sandwiches will rise and become soft inside, thanks to the steam generated.
Serve the pan-fried cheese sandwiches while still warm and enjoy this explosion of flavors!
