Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp ground cumin. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil:
In a large skillet or wok over high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
