Neapolitan recipe for marinated anchovies

Ingredients:
โ€“ 800 grams of anchovies ๐ŸŸ
โ€“ ยฝ liter of white wine or lemon vinegar ๐Ÿ‹
โ€“ Extra virgin olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
โ€“ Salt ๐Ÿง‚
โ€“ Chili pepper ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
โ€“ Garlic ๐Ÿง„
โ€“ Fresh chopped parsley or mint ๐ŸŒฟ

Procedure:
1. Preparation of the anchovies:

โ€“ Scale the anchovies, remove the head, bones and entrails. Wash and dry carefully. ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿงผ

2. Marinade:

โ€“ Place the anchovies in a ceramic dish, sprinkle with vinegar or lemon and marinate for at least 12 hours. โฒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‹
