Ingredients:
โ 800 grams of anchovies ๐
โ ยฝ liter of white wine or lemon vinegar ๐
โ Extra virgin olive oil ๐ซ
โ Salt ๐ง
โ Chili pepper ๐ถ๏ธ
โ Garlic ๐ง
โ Fresh chopped parsley or mint ๐ฟ
Procedure:
1. Preparation of the anchovies:
โ Scale the anchovies, remove the head, bones and entrails. Wash and dry carefully. ๐๐งผ
2. Marinade:
โ Place the anchovies in a ceramic dish, sprinkle with vinegar or lemon and marinate for at least 12 hours. โฒ๏ธ๐
