Ndole (Stew of Ndole Leaves and Meat or Fish):

- In a large saucepan, sauté the onions in palm oil.
- Add the meat or fish and brown on each side.
- Add the peanut paste, Ndole leaves, salt, pepper and enough water to cover the ingredients.
- Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, until the meat or fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with foutou (mashed plantains) or rice
