Mussels/shrimp/blue cheese gratin.

Brown the mussels and shrimp in a pan. Add the chopped garlic. Cut the blue cheese into small pieces. Heat the cream, add the flour, stir with a whisk then add the blue cheese. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the mussels and shrimp. Put the preparation in shells or ramekins, sprinkle with Gruyere and brown for 15 minutes at th6.
Here is a very simple and really good recipe. The blue cheese mussel shrimp mixture is delicious.
