Put the eggs in the pan and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Cook the spinach in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, blend and add to the ricotta and cheese.
Place the spinach mixture and egg in a piece of puff pastry, cover with more spinach and puff pastry mixture, repeat with the others.
Bake in the oven at 170°C for 30 minutes.
