Even the most frugal eater in the dining room will be delighted with this dish, ravioli lasagna, because it requires few ingredients and cooks quickly. It’s perfect for busy evenings or when you have guests over. I’m all for keeping busy, and I really enjoy doing so when it comes to helping with the kids’ after-school activities and school functions. Still, it’s great to be able to catch your breath every now and then. It would be fantastic to channel the little ones’ enthusiasm.
Second jar spaghetti sauce, any flavor
prepared ravioli, frozen or fresh, two to thirty ounce bags
grated Parmesan cheese, measuring 1/2 cup
1 and 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
For garnish, some chopped parsley or basil

Initial action:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
