I could seriously eat on this nonstop every single day!

1/2 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Dip each peach slice into the buttermilk mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, and then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
4. Heat about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the peach slices in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
5. Fry the peaches for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried peaches to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
