Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the block of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the brie.
Spoon the hot pepper jelly over the top of the brie, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and starting to melt.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter.
Serve warm with crackers or slices of baguette.
Variations & Tips
For a milder version, use a sweet red pepper jelly instead of hot pepper jelly. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme on top of the jelly before baking for an added layer of flavor. If you have picky eaters, consider serving the jelly on the side so everyone can control their level of spice. For an extra touch, top the baked brie with toasted nuts like pecans or walnuts for added crunch.
