### **Ingredients:**

**Biscuit:**
- 4 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

**Filling:**
- 300 ml cold liquid cream
- 50 g icing sugar
- 250 g mascarpone (optional)
- Fresh fruit of your choice (kiwis, strawberries, grapes, oranges, etc.)

**Syrup:**
- 100 ml water
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or orange blossom
