1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda

For the Frosting:
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 tablespoons cream or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 3/4 cups confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cake Batter
In a medium saucepan, combine the Coca Cola, oil, butter, and cocoa powder. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally to ensure everything is well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, and salt.
Pour the boiling Coca Cola mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir well to combine and form a smooth batter.
Add the eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla extract to the batter. Beat until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
2. Bake the Cake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 13×9-inch baking pan.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes before applying the frosting.
3. Make the Frosting
In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, cocoa powder, and cream or milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth.
