Ingredients
π₯ Potatoes (russet or any frying variety)

πΎ Cornstarch (optional for extra crispiness)
π’οΈ Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks.
Soak the sticks in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
