1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Chocolate Coating:

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Instructions
Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the creamy or crunchy peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully combined and a dough forms.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Shape the Balls:
