1 baguette or small loaf of crusty bread, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)
