Cheesecake with just 3 ingredients

Rolled with Coffee Mousse
Then we mix it with the cheese and mix well until we obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then we add the yolks and mix again until all the ingredients are well integrated.

We beat the egg whites, adding a pinch of salt to make them beat faster and better. Then, we add it three times to the mixture we prepared previously, always stirring with enveloping movements.

We pour the mixture into a silicone mold and put it in the oven first at 170º C., for a quarter of an hour, and then for another 15 minutes at 160º C. Then we turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside it.

When the cake has cooled, we put it in the fridge for a few hours. Later we can serve it accompanied by some washed and halved strawberries. Delicious!
