### Cheese and herb madeleines

1. **Preheat the oven**
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Butter and flour a madeleine mold.

2. **Prepare the liquid base**
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and olive oil until smooth.

3. **Add the dry ingredients**
In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to the liquid mixture, stirring until smooth.

4. **Add the toppings**
Add the grated cheese and chopped herbs. Mix gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.

5. **Fill the molds**
Fill the molds two-thirds full with the dough.

6. **Bake**
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the madeleines are puffed and golden.

7. **Serve**
Let cool before unmolding. These cheese and herb madeleines can be enjoyed warm or cold, perfect for an appetizer or accompaniment.

1. Add a pinch of grated nutmeg to the batter for extra flavor.
