InstructionsStep 1: Make the meat filling
Sauté the onion
In a frying pan, heat a little vegetable oil and add 1 chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
Add Meat and Seasonings
Add ground meat, eggs, minced garlic, dill, salt and black pepper. Sauté until browned and cooked through.

Once cooked, set meat stuffing aside to cool slightly.
Step 2: Make Tomato Sauce
Sauté Onion and Garlic
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add 1 chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown.
Add Tomatoes and Seasonings
Add fresh diced tomatoes and 1 diced tomato. Cook for 30 seconds. Add cumin, paprika, Italian herbs, salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Add fresh herbs
Add chopped parsley and cilantro for extra freshness and flavor. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, then set aside.
Step 3: Stuff and assemble the cannelloni
Stuff the cannelloni
Carefully fill each cannelloni tube with the meat mixture, using a spoon or piping bag for ease.
Assemble in a baking dish
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, then arrange the stuffed cannelloni in a single layer.
Top with tomato sauce and cheese
Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the cannelloni, making sure each tube is covered. Spread the grated cheese evenly on top.
