Candied Bacon Crackers πŸ₯“βœ¨

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup, and place a wire rack on top. This allows the bacon grease to drip down while baking.
Step 2: Arrange the Crackers
Lay the crackers in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they don’t overlap.
Step 3: Top with Bacon
Cut the bacon slices into thirds so they fit neatly over the crackers.
Place a piece of bacon on top of each cracker.
Step 4: Add Brown Sugar and Seasoning
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on top of each piece of bacon.
If using, sprinkle a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper and black pepper on each cracker for extra flavor.
For an optional twist, drizzle a small amount of maple syrup over the bacon.
