4️⃣ **Prepare the chorizos and bread:** Split the chorizos in half lengthwise without separating them completely. Cut the baguette pieces in half like hot dog buns and brush the insides with olive oil. 🥖
5️⃣ **Final grilling:** Place the chorizos and bread, cut side down, on the grill. Grill until the inside of the chorizos is nicely browned and the bread is slightly crispy. Flip the chorizos and spoon over the chimichurri as they finish cooking. 🍞
