After tasting this dish, I'm never having pot roast any other way! Love this new method!

2.5 teaspoons adobo all purpose seasoning
2 teaspoons each of garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, amd rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 turkey-sized oven bag
Instructions:
1. Season both sides of the roast with 1 teaspoon each of adobo all purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary.
2. Place the seasoned roast in an oven bag in a large pan.
3. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, and thyme to the bag.
4. Pour Italian dressing over the roast and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of adobo all purpose seasoning on the vegetables.
5. Seal the oven bag securely.
6. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
7. Cook the bagged roast for 4 hours.
8. Remove the bag from the oven, open it, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the chuck roast. It is advisable to check for doneness using a meat thermometer, ensuring an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) for medium rare doneness and higher (160°F) if you want medium.
