Salami-Mozzarella Tortellini Pasta Salad

1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tortellini with diced salami, chopped mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together until evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
