2οΈβ£ Mix the wet ones: Combine the almond butter and honey in the microwave until melted. Add the vanilla and mix well.
3οΈβ£ Mix the dried fruits: In a large bowl, combine oats, puffed rice, nuts, cinnamon and salt.
4οΈβ£ Put it all together: Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ones and mix well. Add the chopped chocolate, pineapple and coconut.
5οΈβ£ Assemble the bars: Press the mixture into the mold evenly. Decorate with additional chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
