Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Lobsters: Using a sharp knife, split the lobsters in half lengthwise. Clean out the tomalley (the green part), if desired, and discard.
Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Grill the Lobsters: Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture. Place the lobsters, shell side down, on the grill. Grill for 8-10 minutes, basting occasionally with more garlic butter, until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve: Remove from the grill and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the lobsters. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
