In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add eggs and yogurt, then whisk until you get a smooth dough.
Gradually insert melted butter as it continues to rot.
Cover the dough with a torch and let it rest for 1.5 hours in a warm place, until it doubles in volume.
Shape small balls of dough and arrange them on a plate covered with sulfurized paper.
Let it lift a second time for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the buns with the egg yolk and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
