Pasta Soup That Requires Just One Pot
In a big pot, brown the sausage, ground beef, and onion over medium-high heat. Eliminate any excess fat.
After adding the garlic, return the pot to the heat. Fry for one minute.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, sugar, balsamic vinegar, oregano, bay leaf, and basil. After that, add the spaghetti sauce.
Keep covered and cook until it boils.
After breaking up the lasagna noodles, toss them in.
Simmer the noodles for a few minutes after adding them to the sauce, or until they are soft.
Add a sprinkling of parmesan, mozzarella, or ricotta just before serving.
