Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Prepare Cream Cheese Swirl: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Make Loaf Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately to wet ingredients. Fold in peaches.
Assemble Loaf: Pour half the batter into the pan. Top with cream cheese mixture, then remaining batter.
Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve: Slice and serve at room temperature, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
