. Cut cabbage in stripes, cut peppers and onion in stripes or diced (your choice), shredded or cut carrot in stripes (your choice)Sauté onions, garlic, scotch bonnet and thyme in 2 tbsp. of olive oil in pot for about 2 minutes on medium heat, then add bell peppers and tomatoes and stir, then add cabbage, thyme, salt and pepper and stir. Steam for about 15 to 20 minutes covered. Add carrot at half mark of cooking. Then Enjoy🤗
